1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@babyburg.in with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back as per the shared guidelines

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect product, BABY BURG will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
  • For all other return reasons, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns and processed as per this policy.

9. Quality Check Disclaimer

All returned items are subject to quality inspection. BABY BURG reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet return eligibility criteria.
